This is a strong opportunity for a Personal Injury Lawyer looking to step into a team that offers greater autonomy, meaningful file ownership and direct client exposure. The role is ideal for someone wanting to accelerate their development while working on complex and impactful plaintiff matters.

The Opportunity

The Work

  • Manage a broad range of plaintiff personal injury matters
  • Advise clients across motor vehicle accident, workers’ compensation, public liability and product liability claims
  • Draft legal documentation and provide strategic legal advice
  • Run files with a high level of client contact and commercial awareness
  • Work closely with vulnerable clients requiring empathy, communication and strong technical ability

About You

  • Admitted Lawyer with a current Australian practising certificate
  • Previous post-admission experience in Personal Injury law
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and legal processes
  • Confident communicator with the maturity to work with clients experiencing trauma
